Tracey is a versatile and experienced singer, who has recorded her own CD, and has over the years sang everything from soprano to bass! She has performed in musicals and in Suffolk Opera. She has also directed several large children's choirs and plays the guitar.

 

Tracey’s membership of the Decibelles was interrupted for two years when she went to Nigeria as to work for voluntary service overseas (VSO) in the field of education.

 

She is now back, and more energetic than ever. She has taken on the role of bookings secretary and is catching up on a repertoire which doubled in size while she was away. She is also busy gigging all over Suffolk in the guitar/voice duo, “Rich T.”

 

She holds a unique place in Decibelles folklore, because she she once auditioned for (and got the part!!!) in an opera company simply by wiggling her bottom - without singing a single note!
